Weekend and Evening Appointments Only No Walk-Ins.
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
No show / No call
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to skip their appointment without giving me 3 hour notice will be considered a “No Show.” The credit card on file will be charged a $25 Inconvenience Fee for the “missed” appointment. Please be considerate with my time as a professional by keeping me informed of scheduling issues so I can re-book your forfeited time slot.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to end at the scheduled time. This is to accommodate other events already on my schedule. Regardless of the time we actually begin, you will be responsible for the full session fees. I will wait up to 20 minutes beyond your scheduled start time before labeling the appointment a No Show.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment prior to the day of your service, you can do so on my website, by calling the office and leaving a message, or by texting my cell phone. Advance notice is much appreciated so I can attempt to re-book your time slot.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment ON the day of your service, you MUST text my cell phone and get a confirmation back from me. I am flexible with schedule changes as long as you give me 3 or more hours notice. Inside of 3 hours I cannot guarantee acceptance of your cancellation and you may be charged a $25 Inconvenience Fee.
A word on Inconvenience Fees: Please understand that my time as a professional relies on my on-line calendar reflecting my actual open time slots. My cancellation policy of allowing changes up to 3 hours prior is very generous compared to the industry standard of 24 hours. The Inconvenience Fee is also a less than the industry standard of charging a full session cost. I may already be in a massage session 3 hours prior to your appointment and therefore not able to accept schedule changes immediately before your scheduled time.
