I specialize in Lymphatic Massage, or Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), which address excess fluid build up in the body.  A one hour session often reduces swelling and discomfort before you leave.  

Other services include Immune-Support Relaxation Massage (light Swedish massage with attention to the lymph).  Also enjoy a "full-body meditation" by trying a meditative LaHo- Chi Energy Balancing session.
